I'm a certified (ICF ACC) coach whose professional expertise is in academic healthcare. My work draws on more than 30 years as a clinician, clinical researcher, faculty member, senior faculty affairs leader, leadership educator, mentor, and executive coach.
I am Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota and Adjunct Professor at Drexel University, where I serve on the leadership team for the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) fellowship program.
